Ağır Demir Eksikliği Anemisine Sebep Olan Hiatus Hernisi Vakası

Abstract

Ağır demir eksikliği anemisi ile kendini gösteren bir hiatus hernisi vakası takdim edildi. Vaka aneminin en göze çarpan belirti olması, kusmanın bulunmaması ve diyafragmadaki defektin şekli bakımından hususiyet arzediyordu.

A CASE OF HIATUS HERNIA CAUSING SEVERE IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA

Abstract

A case of hiatus hernia which appeared as a severe iron deficiency anemia was presented. The characteristics of the case were followings : anemia was the predominant sympthom, no history of womiting was present and diaphragmatic defect was inan unusual shape.
