Abstract
1 — Ektopik bir sol atrium ritmi vak'asının EKG si takdim ve münakaşa edilmiştir.
2 — Ektopik sol atrium ritminin EKG özelleklerinin (P) dalgasının D. ve bilhassa V 5-6 derivasyonlarında tersine dönmesi olduğu belirtilmiştir.

Abstract
1 — The ECG of a case of ectopic left atrial rhythm is presented and discussed.
2 — The ECG characteristics of ectopic left atrial rhythm are described as inversion of the (P) wave in leads D and, particularly, in leads V 5-6.
