Phlegmasia Alba Ve Cerula Dolens

Abstract

Phlegmasia alba dolens genellikle akut massif tromboflebitin başlangıç safhasını teşkil eder. Venaların aniden tıkanmasına ilaveten ekstremitenin arterleri şiddetli spazm yaptığı için bacak beyazdır. Şişlik vardır. Tablo bir zaman sonra ya adi tromboflebite ya da phlegmasia cerulea dolense dönüşebilir? Phlegmasia alba dolenste arteriel emboli zannedilerek beyhude ameliyatlar yapılır,Phlegmasia cerulea dolens bir akut massif tromboflebittir. Akut yaygın ven tıkanması doğrudan doğruya phlegmasia cerulea dolens şeklinde başlıyabilir. Bacak ani şiddetli ağrı ile şişer ve morarır. Nabazan hafifler veya kaybolur. Ktiyolojide kronik flebit, habis tümörler, colitis ulcerosa, enfeksiyon ve trauma vardır. Taktim edilen üç vak'anın birinde sebep kronik flebit ve diğerinde ise peritonitis carcinomatosadır. Üçüncüsünde bir sebep bulunamamıştır.

PHLEGMASİA ALBA AND CERULEA DOLENS

Abstract

Phlegmasia alba dolens usually represents the initial stage of acute massive thrombophlebitis. In addition to sudden vein occlusion, the leg appears pale due to severe spasm of the extremity's arteries. Swelling also occurs. Over time, the condition can progress to either ordinary thrombophlebitis or phlegmasia cerulea dolens. Phlegmasia alba dolens is often mistaken for arterial embolism, leading to futile surgeries. Phlegmasia cerulea dolens is acute massive thrombophlebitis. Acute widespread vein occlusion can manifest as phlegmasia cerulea dolens. The leg swells and turns purple with sudden, severe pain. The pulse may diminish or disappear. The etiology includes chronic phlebitis, malignant tumors, colitis ulcerosa, infection, and trauma. In three cases presented, the cause was chronic phlebitis in one case and peritonitis carcinomatosa in the other. No cause was found in the third.
