Portal Hipertansiyon Etyolojisinde Fonksiyonel Faktörlerin Rolü (Esansiyel- İdiopatik Portal Hipertansiyon) Ve Tedavi Bakımından Bazı Düşünceler(14 Vaka Münasebetiyle)

Abstract

Son yılların deneysel ve klinik çalışmalarının ışığı altında portal hipertansiyon etyolojisinde fonksiyonel faktörlerin rolü, meydana geliş ve etkileme yolları etüd edildi. Tedavi bakımından takib edilmesi gereken esaslar, sirozlarda splenektominin değeri ve diğer tedavi metodlarının münakaşası yapıldı.

THE ROLE OF FUNCTIONAL FACTORS IN THE ETIOLOGY OF PORTAL HYPERTENSION (ESSENTIAL - IDIOPATHIC PORTAL HYPERTENSION) AND SOME CONSIDERATIONS FOR TREATMENT (Related to 14 cases)

Abstract

In light of recent experimental and clinical studies, the role of functional factors in the etiology of portal hypertension, their development, and their effects are explored. Therapeutic guidelines, the value of splenectomy in cirrhosis, and other treatment methods are discussed.
