LIVER TUBERCULOSIS

Abstract

Although liver tuberculosis is not as rare as one might think, it is unfortunately underdiagnosed. It is often diagnosed after surgery, and in cases where no surgery has been performed, it is only diagnosed at autopsy. A definitive diagnosis can only be made through a liver puncture biopsy. For this reason, the disease must be considered and routinely performed in cases with unknown causes. However, these methods make it possible to diagnose the disease exploratory without performing a laparotomy in many Western clinics. However, in our country, it is important to keep in mind that hydatid cysts are present in routine punctures. The disease is fatal if left undiagnosed and untreated. If diagnosed, treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs offers a cure of 46-85%.

Karaciğer Tüberkülozu

Abstract

Karaciğer tüberkülozu zannedildiği kadar nadir olmamakla beraber maalesef az teşhis edilebilmekte, çok kere teşhis ameliyat sonu konmakta, ameliyat olmamış vakalarda ancak otopside edilmektedir. Kat'i teşhis ancak karaciğer ponksiyon biyopsisi ile konur. Bunun için, hastalığın akla gelmesi ve sebebi bulunamayan hastalıklarda rutin olarak karaciğer ponksiyon biyopsisi yapılması lazımdır. Ancak bu usullerdir ki hastalığın exploratris bir laparatomi yapmadan teşhisi birçok batı kliniklerinde mümkün olmaktadır. Yalnız rutin ponksiyonlarda memleketimizde karaciğer kist hidatiğini akıldan çıkarmamalıdır. Teşhis ve akabinde tedavi edilmeyen hastalık öldürücüdür. Hastalık teşhis edildiği taktirde anti - tüberküloz ilâçlarla yapılacak tedavide 46 85 şifa vardır.
