THE EFFECTS OF IODINE DEFICIENCY AND NATURAL GOITROGENIC SUBSTANCES ON THYROID FUNCTIONS IN RABBITS

Abstract

ozm
the observed changes in thyroid function in rabbits subjected to different diets in 6 groups have given specific examples:
Normal diet, 250 gr. / kg. As a result, black cabbage (Brassica oleracea acephala) added to the daily diet did not lead to any changes in thyroid function. The addition of iodine to the diet of a group fed only black cabbage led to changes in iodine blockade.
In rabbits subjected to a non-iodine diet, the adaptation mechanisms to iodine deficiency were activated, both the iodine uptake by the thyroid and the intra-thyroidal iodine cycle accelerated.
Per kg per day. The diet contained only 200-250 g of cabbage per person. Kale blocked the thyroid's iodine pump. When this amount fell below 100 g, the obstruction disappeared and functional changes related to iodine deficiency emerged.

İYOD YETERSİZLİĞİ Ve TABİİ GUVATROJEN MADDELERİN TAVŞANLARIN TİROİD FONKSİYONLARI ÜZERİNDEKİ TESİRLERİ

Abstract

6 grupta farklı diyetlere tabi tutulan tavşanlarda tiroid fonksiyonlarında gözlenen değişiklikler, spesifik örnekler vermiştir:
Normal diyet, 250 gr. / kg. Sonuç olarak, günlük diyete eklenen kara lahana (Brassica oleracea acephala) tiroid fonksiyonunda herhangi bir değişikliğe yol açmadı. Sadece kara lahana ile beslenen bir grubun diyetine iyot eklenmesi, iyot blokajında değişikliklere yol açtı.
iyotsuz diyete tabi tutulan tavşanlarda iyot eksikliğine uyum mekanizmaları harekete geçmiş, hem tiroidin iyot yakalama hem de tiroid içi iyot döngüsü hızlanmıştır.
Kg başına günlük. Diyet, kişi başına sadece 200-250 g lahana içeriyordu. Kara lahana, tiroidin iyot pompasını bloke ediyordu. Bu miktar 100 g'ın altına düştüğünde tıkanıklık ortadan kalktı ve iyodür eksikliğiyle ilgili işlevsel değişiklikler ortaya çıktı.
