Abstract

In pharmacological experiments conducted with isolated earthworm body wall muscle:

1. Carbachol specifically contracted the earthworm muscle.

2. Gallamine failed to block cholinergic effects in the muscle.

3. 5-HT partially inhibited cholinergic effects.

Abstract

İzole yer solucanı vücud duvarı adelesi ile yapılan formakolojik
denemlerde :
1. Carbachol yer solucanı adelesini spesifik olarak kasmıştır.
2. Gallamine adelede cholinergic tesiri bloke edememiştir.
3. 5-HT cholinergic tesiri kısmen inhibe etmiştir.
