Abstract

2193 toxoplasmin skin tests have been performed in ankara and its 7 villags
1 — In medical students and medical care persons in Ankara toxoplasmin sensitivity rate is 45,3 %
2 — In the patients of autpatient medical center of Ankara Abidinpaşa sensitivity rate is 32,8 %
3 — In villages the average rate is lower 26,9 o but it changes in different villages from 15,6 % to 52,3%
4 — The reactors rate incriases by the ages. In Ankara there is no differance between sexes, but in villages females are more sensitive as 7 %
5 — For the high sensitivity rate, no relation has been faund with the animal contact and ectoparasites, in villages but in Ankara lamb meat and beef comsumption seems to be responsible.

Ankara Ve Civarında Yapılan 2193 Toxoplasmin Deri Testi Neticeleri Ve Enfeksiyonun Yayılmasında Rol Oynayan Faktörlerin Muhtelif Toplumlarda Araştırılması

Abstract

Ankara Tıp Fakültesi öğrencilerinde, Abidin Paşa eğitim sağlık merkezine bağlı şahıslarda ve Ankara’ya muhtelif uzaklık ve yönde seçilen 7 köyde toxoplasmin deri testleri yapılmış ve enfeksiyonun insanlara geçişinde rol oynayan önemli faktörler, ayrı şartlardaki toplumlarda incelenmiştir.

1- Tıp Fakültesi öğrencileri ve tıbbî personelde toxoplasmin testinin pozitiflik oranı %45,3’tür.

2- Vasat ve vasatın altındaki sosyoekonomik seviyeyi temsil eden eğitim sağlık merkezine bağlı şahısların pozitiflik oranı %32,8’dir.

3- 7 köyde toplam pozitiflik oranı %26,9’dur. Bu oran muhtelif köylerde %15,6 ile %52,3 arasında değişmiştir.

4- Yaş ilerledikçe pozitiflik oranı artmıştır.

5- Köylerde kadınlar toxoplasmine %7 nisbetinde daha fazla hassas bulunmuştur.

6- Enfeksiyonun geçişinde; hayvanlarla direkt temas, ektoparazitler ve damlacık enfeksiyonunun rolleri elde edilen neticelerle belirmemiştir.

7- Şehirdeki pozitiflik oranının yüksekliği et tüketiminin köylere nazaran fazla oluşuna bağlanmıştır.
