Pharmacological Properties of the Isolated Frog Stomach Muscle

Abstract

The effects of some drugs were investigated on the isolated frog stomach muscle. Acetylcholine, carbachol and seretonin caused contraction. Histamin has no effect and adrenalin relaxed the muscle and inhibited the spontaneous movements.

Abstract

Kurbağa mide adelesinden hazırlanan bir preparat üzerinde tesiri araştırılan bazı maddelerden acetylcholine, carbachol ve serotonin kasılma yapmış, histamin tesirsiz bulunmuş ve adrenalin ise gevşeme ve spontan hareketlerle inhibisyona sebeb olmuştur.
