Acromio-Clavicular Dislokasyonların Tedavisi

Abstract

This paper reviews various treatment methods for acromio-clavicular dislocations. For young, active patients, open reduction and ligament repair are recommended. In older patients, conservative treatment or resection of the lateral end of the clavicle is preferred. The Neviaser technique is highlighted as the most successful surgical method in both new and chronic cases. From 1960 to 1965, five surgical cases were operated at the clinic, with the best outcomes achieved through Neviaser’s procedure and clavicular resection.

Abstract

Bu makalede akromio-klavikular dislokasyonların çeşitli tedavi yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Genç ve aktif hastalarda açık redüksiyon ve ligament tamiri önerilirken, ileri yaştakilerde konservatif tedaviler veya clavicula dış ucunun rezeksiyonu tercih edilmektedir. Özellikle Neviaser yöntemi, hem yeni hem de kronik vakalarda en başarılı cerrahi teknik olarak öne çıkmıştır. Kliniğin 1960–1965 yılları arasında beş hastaya uyguladığı cerrahî girişimlerde en tatminkâr sonuç Neviaser prosedürü ve clavicula dış ucunun rezeksiyonu ile elde edilmiştir.
