Abstract

Here we are introducing two cases of ectopic pregnancy and uterus perforation who have contraceptive device in utero. While after the application of contraceptive device ectopic pregnancy may be occurred as well as intrauterine pregnancy. In acut abdominal syndroms this condition and uterine perforation due to contraceptive device must be kept in mind.

Abstract

Kontraseptif olarak spiral tatbikinden sonra gördüğümüz bir tubal dış gebelik ve birde uterus perforasyonu vak’asını takdim ettik. Spiral tatbikinden sonra da gebeliğin ve özellikle dış gebeliğin ve uterus perforasyonlarının olabileceği bilinmeli ve akut karın sendromlarında dikkate alınmalıdır.
