Abstract

An ectopic pregnancy has been observed in a patient who has an intrauterine contraceptive device in our clinic. The possible role of intrauterine device has been considered as the etiological factor in occurrence of ectopic pregnancy. As a result of our studies we have come to the conclusion that intrauterine contraceptive devices may play some role in the etiology of ectopic pregnancy whether directly or indirectly.

Abstract

4 ay önce intrauterin kontraseptif araç tatbik edilmiş bir hastada tüp dış gebeliği tesbit ettik. Dış gebelik etyolojisinde intrauterin kontraseptif araçların direkt veya indirekt bir rolü olabileceği hususunu inceledik. Daha fazla müşahadelere ihtiyaç göstermesine rağmen, kronik tüp iltihabına sebep olarak ya doğrudan doğruya veya mekanik yolla bu araçların rolü olabileceği ihtimali bize mümkün göründü.
