Factors Affecting The Mechanism Of The Action Of Biogen Polypeptides On Smooth Muscle

Year 1967, Volume: 20 Issue: 2, 309 - 323, 30.06.1967

Abstract

In this review, author has summarized the principal physiologic factors which are responsible from the smooth muscle stimulation. There is a great possibility indicating a final common pathway involving ions movement in the cell membrane for the action of all directly and indirectly acting biogenic polypeptides on the smooth muscle. Fixation of calcium ion to the cell membrane and the stimulation of electrogenic sodium - pump seem to be of primary importance.

Biyojen Polipeptidlerin Düz Adaleye Tesir Mekanizmasında Etkili Faktörler

Year 1967, Volume: 20 Issue: 2, 309 - 323, 30.06.1967

Abstract

Bu yazıda, düz adalenin kasılma ve gevşemesinden sorumlu belli başlı fizyolojik üniteler hüküm edilmiştir. Büyük bir ihtimalle, düz adaleye tesir eden biyogen polipeptidler, bu tesirlerini ister direkt ister indirekt yapısınlar, hücre membranı seviyesinde ion nakliyeti üzerinden, müşterek nihayi bir yolda etkilidirler. Kalsiyum ionunun hücre membranına yapışması ve sodium pomp’unun tenbihi ilk plânda ehemmiyete haiz görülmektedir.
