Abstract

1. The Osteoid Osteoma is discussed by means of a case.

2. İts radiological signs are characteristic, histological signs are confusing. For this reason it is accepted both as a benign tumor and an enfla­matory lesion.

3. As a metter of fact it has self-limiting character but there is some advantages of early surgical intervention.

2. Radyolojik belirtileri karakteristik, histolojik belirtileri karışıktır. Bundan dolayı hem bir beniğ tümör hemde iltihabi proçes olarak kabul edilir.

3. Hastalık spontan olarak geçersede, erken cerrahi müdahalenin avantajları vardır.
