Recent Advances in the Treatment of Trichomonas Vaginalis Vaginitis

Abstract

1- The results obtained with various dugs used in the treatment of trichomonas vaginalis vaginitis has been revised. 2- The cho ice of drugs for a combined treatment - local applications and per oral way with additional cervix cauterisation are discussed. 3- Disturbance of Ph. is the only factor the settlement of the trichomonas varginalis in the vagina but there should be necressary to have abnormal flora for its pathogenity. 4- Trichomonastatic results may be obtained by only the correction of the abnormal vaginal flora, although this type of treatment can not prevents the relaps.

Trichomonas Vajinalis Tedavisinde Yeni Görüşler

Abstract

1- Trikomonas vajinalis tedavisinde kullanılan çeşitli ilaçlardan elde edilen sonuçlar incelendi. 2- Vajinal ve per oral kombine tedavi tatbik edilmesinin ve kanal servikal tedavisinin de buna iştirak ettirilmesinin önemi üzerinde duruldu. 3- Trikomonas vajinalis'in vagene yerleşmesi için vagen Ph. sının bozulmuş olmasının şart olmadığı, ancak faaliyet gösterebilmesi için uygun bir vasat bozukluğuna muhtaç olduğu belirtildi. 4- Flora tashihi ile yalnız trikomonastatik bir sonuç elde edilebileceği ve fakat hiç bir zaman nükslere mani clunamıyacağı tebarüz ettirildi.
