Abstract
A 35-year-old female patient developed progressive symptoms following severe postpartum hemorrhage two and a half years prior. Complaints included amenorrhea, absent lactation, axillary and pubic hair loss, fatigue, apathy, facial swelling, and dry skin. Physical and laboratory findings confirmed hypogonadism, hypothyroidism, and mild adrenal insufficiency. Etiologic factors such as tumor or infection were excluded. Based on clinical presentation and biochemical tests, panhypopituitarism secondary to postpartum hemorrhage was diagnosed, consistent with Sheehan’s syndrome.

Abstract
35 yaşındaki kadın hastada iki buçuk yıl önce geçirdiği postpartum kanamayı takiben yavaş yavaş gelişen amenore, laktasyon eksikliği, aksilla ve pubis kıllarında dökülme, halsizlik, apati, yüzde ödem ve deri kuruluğu gibi bulgular görüldü. Fizik ve laboratuvar incelemelerinde hipogonadi, hipotiroidi ve hafif derecede sürrenal yetmezlik saptandı. Tümör ve enfeksiyon gibi etiyolojik nedenler dışlandı. Klinik ve biyokimyasal bulgulara dayanarak postpartum kanamaya bağlı gelişen panhipopitüitarizm düşünüldü ve Sheehan sendromu teşhisi konuldu.
