Abstract

This study presents a rare case of lymphosarcoma originating from the prostate. A 25-year-old male patient exhibited abdominal pain, urinary and defecation difficulties. Clinical and radiological examinations revealed a large tumor mass arising from the prostate. Histopathological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of lymphosarcoma. Due to the patient's poor general condition, surgical and radiological interventions were limited. The case highlights the challenges in diagnosing and treating prostate sarcomas.

Abstract

Bu çalışma, prostat sarkomunun nadir görülen bir türü olan lemfosarkom vakasını sunmaktadır. 25 yaşındaki erkek hastada karın ağrısı, idrar ve dışkılama güçlüğü gibi belirtilerle başlayan süreçte yapılan klinik ve radyolojik tetkikler sonucunda prostat kaynaklı büyük bir tümör kitlesi tespit edilmiştir. Histopatolojik inceleme sonucu lemfosarkom tanısı konmuş, ancak hastanın genel durumu nedeniyle cerrahi ve radyolojik tedavi sınırlı kalmıştır. Vaka, prostat sarkomlarının tanı ve tedavisindeki zorlukları ortaya koymaktadır.
