Abstract

Muayeneleri yapılan Lokal anestetiklerin pupil üzerindeki Resorbtif tesir dereceleri şu sıra ile dir : Tutocain, Stovain. 'Novocain, Monocain. Eskiden bu bakımdan muayeneleri yapılmış olan Lokal anestetiklerde olduğu gibi buradakilerde de pupil teşiri toksik santral tesirle paralel gitmektedir. Bu Lokal anestatiklerden en az toksik tesir göcteren ve Adrenalin ile en iyi uygunluk gösteren Novocaindir. Monocain Adrenalin ile uygunlük göstermekle beraber, Adrenalin kesafetleri bariz bir değişiklik yapmamaktadır. Stovain Adrenalin ile aşikâr bir uygunluk göstermemiştir. Tutocain Adrenalin ile uymakta ancak Adrenalin kesafetleri ile bir muvazilik görülmemiştir.

Abstract

The resorptive effect levels of local anesthetics examined on the pupil are as follows: Tutocain, Stovain, Novocain, Monocain. Similar to previously examined local anesthetics in this respect, the pupil stimulation correlates with the toxic central effect. Among these local anesthetics, Novocain shows the least toxic effect and the best compatibility with adrenaline. Monocain is compatible with adrenaline as well, but adrenaline concentrations do not cause a significant change. Stovain did not show clear compatibility with adrenaline. Tutocain is compatible with adrenaline, but no proportionality is observed with adrenaline concentrations.
