Over Dysgerminomu

The decision to perform X-ray treatment (i.e., permanently terminate sexual function) on this young patient, whose condition was normal after the operation and whose skin P.P. closed, was discussed with Clinical Professor Dr. Şerif Çanga. Our case falls into the second group of cases where Rieben advocates conservative surgery, based on his surgical findings. We have decided to proceed with conservative surgery, provided that the patient is monitored. The extent to which this decision was correct and the future course of our patient are being monitored is to be determined.

Ameliyat sonrası durumu normal olan ve cilt P.P.'si kapanan bu genç hastaya X-ışını tedavisi (yani cinsel işlevin kalıcı olarak sonlandırılması) uygulanması kararı, Klinik Profesör Dr. Şerif Çanga ile görüşüldü. Olgumuz, Rieben'in cerrahi bulgularına dayanarak konservatif cerrahiyi savunduğu ikinci grup vakalardan biridir. Hastanın takibi koşuluyla konservatif cerrahiye devam edilmesine karar verdik. Bu kararın ne kadar doğru olduğu ve hastamızın gelecekteki seyrinin takip edilmesi beklenmektedir.
