Abstract

Microscopic Examination
I) Microscopic examination of the powdered Secale cornutum revealed a purple hue to the shells. This was also observed in our examination with our doctor.
2) No abnormalities were observed in the normal, control flour.
3) No abnormalities were observed in the flour claimed to contain ergot.
4) Ground powder of Secale cornutum was added to the control flour at a ratio of 1:10, and purple-colored portions were observed in the microscopic examination.

Abstract

Mikroskobik İnceleme
I) Toz halindeki Secale cornutum'un mikroskobik incelemesinde kabuklarda mor bir renk tonu gözlendi. Bu durum doktorumuzla yaptığımız muayenede de gözlemlendi.
2) Normal kontrol ununda herhangi bir anormallik gözlenmedi.
3) Ergot içerdiği iddia edilen unda herhangi bir anormallik gözlenmedi.
4) Kontrol ununa 1:10 oranında öğütülmüş Secale cornutum tozu eklendi ve mikroskobik incelemede mor renkli kısımlar gözlendi.
