Abstract

Immunoelectrophoresis has emerged as the most reliable and sensitive method for detecting Australian antigens. This article describes the technique for detecting Australian antigens using immunolectrophoresisd@, a previously unused phosphate buffer solution, and compares qualitatively the experience we have gained from our clinical laboratories with phosphate buffer and other buffer solutions.

Abstract

İmmunelektroforez Avustarlya antijeni araştırılmasında en emin ve hassas metod olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu yazımızda evvelce immunelektroforezisd@ kullanılmamış fosfat tampon solüsyonu ile Avustralya antijeni aramak tekniği izah edilmiş ve fosfat tamponu ile diğer tampon solüsyonları hakkında kliniğimiz laboratuvarlarından edindiğimiz tecrübeler kalitatif olarak mukayese edilmiştir.
