Abstract

Yazımızda duodenum yaralanmalarının önemi, duodenum yaralanmalarınm çeşitleri ve oluş mekanizmaları izah edildi. Bu meyanda duodenum yaralanmalarında tarafımızdan jejunum yama grefi kullanılarak yapılan eksperimental bir çalışma sunuldu. Bu çalışmamızda jejunumdan alman pediküllü greflerle suni olarak köpeklerde meydana getirilen duodenum yaralanmaları tamir edildi. Bu metod 5 vakaya uygulandı ve hepsinde tatminkâr sonuçlar alındı.
Vakaların hepsi de 1 ay süre ile takip edildi ve metodun etkili bir tedavi şekli olduğuna makroskopik ve mikroskopik gözlemlerle karar verildi.

An Experimental Study on the Surgical Treatment of Major Injuries to the Duodenum

Abstract

This article explains the importance of duodenal injuries, their types, and their mechanisms. In this context, we present an experimental study using jejunal patch grafts for duodenal injuries. In this study, artificially created duodenal injuries in dogs were repaired using pedicled grafts taken from the jejunum. This method was applied to five cases, and satisfactory results were obtained in all.
All cases were followed for one month, and macroscopic and microscopic observations confirmed the effectiveness of this method as a treatment modality.
