Abstract

8 vak'a dolayısiyle marginal ulcus nedenleri, teşhis yolları ve bu vak'alarda total bilateral vagotomi ile elde edilen sonuçlar bildirildi. 6 ay - 14 yıllık ameliyat sonrası gidiş memnunluk verici ol muştur; ölüm yoktur.

The Formation and Treatment of Marginal Ulcers (Pepticium Ulcus) Developing After Sub-Total Gastric Resection Vagotomy

Abstract

The causes of marginal ulcus, diagnostic methods, and results obtained with total bilateral vagotomy in eight cases are reported. The postoperative course, from 6 months to 14 years, has been satisfactory; there have been no deaths.
