Sub - Total Mide Rezeksiyonu Vagotomillbrdbn Sonra Gelişen Marginal Ulcus'lar (Ulcus Pepticum Jbjuni) İn Oluşu Ve Tedavisi

Abstract

8 vak'a dolayısiyle marginal ulcus nedenleri, teşhis yolları ve bu vak'alarda total bilateral vagotomi ile elde edilen sonuçlar bildirildi. 6 ay - 14 yıllık ameliyat sonrası gidiş memnunluk verici ol muştur; ölüm yoktur.
