12 cases of vesico-vaginal fistulas were operated by a peculiar transvesical technic, and 11 of them were cured completely. One unsuccessful case was diabetic. The technical peculiarity can be summarized as follows: 1 - A glob of gas-pad with a stab was used for the exposition of the fistula. 2 - Only vesical margin of the fistula was sutured by a chromic catgut, while the vaginal margin of it was not sutured because of the purpose of using it as a natural way of drainage. 3 - It is desirable the line of suture to be longitudinal if the fistula is localized near the vesical orifice; but to be transversal in the cases of other localisations.
