Hazım Kanalının Lemfosarkomları
Abstract
Seven lymphoid malignant tumors of the gastro-intestinal canal has been presented: Stomach 1 Jejunum 3 Ileum 2 Caecum 1 One of the ileum lymphosarcoma cases was operated as an acute abdomen due to perforation and developed peritonitis. Another case was operated as an abdominal tumor and died due to suture insufficiency. The caecal lymphosarcoma case died on the 5th postoperative day due to peritonitis and intestinal atony. The author emphasized diagnostic difficulty and importance due to radiosensitivity. Lymphosarcomas are mostly seen in the stomach and have favorable prognosis. Among small intestinal malignant tumors, lymphoid types are 40%. The prognosis of intestinal lymphoid malignant tumors is poor.
