Sirozda Asit'in Oluş Mekanizması

Abstract

Assit, karaciğer sirozunda ikinci sıklıkta rastlanan bir komplikasyondur. Assitin oluşumunda; peritonun rezorbsiyon ve sekresyonu arasındaki dengesizlik, portal basınç, karaciğer lenfinin artması, kan proteinlerinin azalması ve hormonlar rol oynar. Fakat bunların hiçbiri assitin meydana gelmesinde tek başına bir sebep olmayıp birbirini tamamlayan faktörlerdir.
