The Mechanism of Ascites Formation in the Cirrhosis

Abstract

Ascites is a complication encountered in a frequency of secondary order in the liver cirrhosis.
Factors that cause the formation of ascites are: Lack of balance between resorption and secretion of peritoneum, increasing of portal pressure, and liver lymph, decreasing in the blood proteins, and changing in hormones.
It is the combined effect of the factors cited above that causes ascites formation, rather than the action of each factor alone.

Abstract

Assit, karaciğer sirozunda ikinci sıklıkta rastlanan bir komplikasyondur.
Assitin oluşumunda; peritonun rezorbsiyon ve sekresyonu arasındaki dengesizlik, portal basınç, karaciğer lenfinin artması, kan proteinlerinin azalması ve hormonlar rol oynar. Fakat bunların hiçbiri assitin meydana gelmesinde tek başına bir sebep olmayıp birbirini tamamlayan faktörlerdir.
