Primer Akciğer Kanserini Taklit Eden Hepatoselüler Karsinoma Metastazı: Olgu Sunumu
Abstract
Hepatoselüler karsinoma (HCC) etyolojisinin temelinde hepatit B ve C virüslerinin (HBV, HCV) neden
olduğu sirotik proçes yatmaktadır. Karaciğer transplantasyonu, seçilmiş olgularda sirozun ya
da tümör ve altta yatan sirozun eş zamanlı tedavisinde seçenektir. Transplantasyon sonrası en sık
rölaps izlenen sahalar akciğerler ve karaciğer allogreftidir. Soliter pulmoner rezektabl metastazlarda
komplet rezeksiyonla sağkalım arttırılabilir. Bu makalede; HCV sirozu ön tanısıyla karaciğer
transplantasyonu uygulanan ve 32 ay sonrasında primer akciğer kanseri ön tanısıyla sağ torakotomi
ve alt lobektomi gerçekleştirilen 59 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunulmaktadır
