Abstract

Amaçımız şu an dünyada yaygın olarak fakat ülkemizde az uygulanan laparoskopik kolon rezeksiyonlarını değerli meslektaşlarımızla paylaşmak ve bu tedavi şeklinin daha yaygın bir şekilde uyglanması için teşvik etmektir. Bu derlemeyi yapmak için kolon, laparoskopi ve cerrahi sözcükleri kullanılarak medline taraması yapılıp ilgili makaleler değerlendirilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra bu konu ile ilgili kitaplar da değerlendirilmiştir. Bu tarama sonucunda varılan sonuç bu yöntemin güvenilir olduğu ve iyi eğitim almış cerrahlar tarafından rahatlıkla yapılabildiğidir. Bu yöntem hastaya birçok avantaj sağlar.
