Amfizematöz pyelonefrit

Abstract

Amfizematöz pyelonefrit, gaz oluşturan mikroorganizmalar tarafından meydana gelen, perirenal dokuların ve renal parankimin hayatı tehdit eden nekrotizan infeksiyonudur. Amfizematöz pyelonefritin geleneksel tedavisi, parentaral antibiyotik tedavisi ile cerrahi drenaj ya da nefrektomidir. Bu yazıda amfizematöz pyelonefritli ayrıca diabetes mellitusu olan hastaya ait veriler sunulmuş ve bu nadir ciddi enfeksiyonun etiyo-patogenezi, radyolojik ve klinik bulguları ile tedavisi tartışılmıştır
