Abstract

Beyin tümörlerine eşlik eden intrakranial anevrizmalar oldukça nadirdir. Çok sayıda menenjioma eşlik eden, baziler arter anevrizması bulunan 52 yaşındaki erkek olgu sunulmaktadır.
