Abstract

Amaç: Allojeneik hematopoietik hücre nakli (AHHN) sırasında kullanılan yüksek doz kemoterapi ve/veya tüm vücut ışınlama yöntemi tiroid fonksiyonlarında değişikliklere neden olabilmektedir. Bu çalışma, AHHN uygulanan hastalarda nakil sonrası dönemde gelişebilecek tiroid fonksiyon bozukluklarını tanımlamak amacıyla yapıldı.Gereç ve Yöntem: Ortalama takip süresi 16 ay (1-38 ay) olan 68 olgu retrospektif olarak incelendi. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Nakil sonrası ilk altı ay içerisinde üç hastada antikor negatif tirotoksikoz geliştiği görüldü. Bunların ikisi düşük, biri ise yüksek uptakeliydi.
