Abstract

Pankreasın lenfoepitelyal kistleri oldukça nadir görülen neoplastik olmayan kistlerdir. Vakaların
çoğu asemptomatiktir ve diğer hastalıkların incelenmesi esnasında tanı konulur. Pankreasın lenfoepitelyal
kistinin ayırıcı tanısı içerisinde müsinöz kistik neoplazi ve intraduktal papiller müsinöz
neoplazi gibi pankreasın kistik neoplazileri veya psödokisti vardır. Pankreasın lenfoepitelyal kisti
çok çeşitli görünümlerde olabilir, bu da ayırıcı tanıyı ve tedavi stratejisini güçleştirir. İnce iğne
aspirasyon biyopsisi uygulanabilir ancak tanı şansı düşüktür. Biz burada bilgisayarlı tomografi
taramasında rastlantısal olarak pankreas başında kistik kitle saptanan 54 yaşındaki erkek hastayı
bildirmekteyiz. Kitlenin preoperatif malign veya benign ayırıcı tanısının yapılamaması nedeniyle
hastaya eksploratif laparatomi uygulanmıştır. Kistik kitle pankreatikoduodenektomi ile pankreas
başından rezeke edilmiştir. Patoloji incelemesi sonucu pankreasın lenfoepitelyal kisti olarak saptanmıştır.
