Abstract
Aterosklerotik iliyak arter anevrizmasının spontan rüptürüne sekonder olarak gelişen iliyak arteriyovenöz fistül oldukça nadir görülen erken tanı ve tedavi gerektiren bir durumdur. Biz burada multidedektör bilgisayarlı tomofrafi anjiyografi ile kısa zamanda tanı alan iliyak arteriyovenöz fistül olgusunun görüntüleme bulgularını sunduk.
