Abstract
Fanconi aplastik anemisi birçok konjenital anomalinin eșlik ettiği genetik kökenli defektif hematopoez durumudur. Genitoüriner sistem anomalileri %20 oranında eșlik eder. Literatürde genitoüriner anomali olarak transvers vajinal septum ve Fanconi aplastik anemi birlikteliğine rastlanmamıștır. Konjenital transvajinal septumun eșlik ettiği 13 yașında Fankoni aplastik anemili hastanın sunumu ve yaklașımımızın aktarılması amaçlandı.
