Abstract

Acrodermatitis enteropathica is a rare autosomal recessive condition of zinc deficiency characterised by chronic diarrhoea associated with failure to thrive, periorifical dermatitis, alopecia, susceptibilty to infections and behavioural changes. We reported two patients with acrodermatitis and discussed recent development about the condition.

Abstract

Akrodermatitis enteropatika, kronik diare, gelisme geriligi, periorifisial dermatid, yineleyen enfeksiyonlar ve davraniş değişikliği ile karakterize, çinko eksikliğine baglı otozomal resessif gecen bir hastalıktır. İki akrodermatitisli olgumuzu sunduk ve hastalık hakkında son gelişmeleri tartıştık.
