Surgical Technique for Organ Procurement in Liver and Pancreas Transplantation

Abstract

Solid organ transplantation requires detailed knowledge the procurement techniques of the involved organs as of one of the more
important facts in brain-dead but pulmonary and circulatory supported donors. In other words, this paper deals with, by-now the classical procurement method of obtaining cadaver liver and pancreas for transplantation.
