Possible Roles of Vasopressin in the Central Nervous System

Year 1989, Volume: 42 Issue: 2, 145 - 152, 02.07.1989

Abstract

The general aspects of the roles of prostaglandins in the central nervous system, regarding synaptic level, have been explained in this review. The idea that gliae are responsible for prostaglandin synthesis has been discussed by several examples and possible interactions dealing with this assumption have been speculated.
