Abstract

Kraniotomi uygulanacak 16 erişkin nöroşirürji hastasında indüksiyon döneminde KİB, SPB ve kardiovasküler değişiklikler incelendi. Hastalar üç gruba ayrıldılar. Birinci grup kontrol grubu olup herhangi bir tedavi uygulanmadı. İkinci gruba entübasyondan önce İV lidokain verildi ve üçüncü gruba İV -LT lidokain birlikte uygulandı.
Belli aralıklarla KİB, OKB, KH kaydedildi. Sonuçlar literatür bulguları ile karşılaştırılıp tartışıldı.

Preventıon Of Increased Intracranıal Pressure Durıng Laryngoscopy And Endotracheal Intubatıon Wıth Lıdocaıne

Abstract

Intracranial pressure (CP), Cerebral Perfusion Pressure (CPP) and Cardiovascular changes were studied at induction of anaesthesia in sixteen adult neurosurgical patients undergoing craniotomy, The patients were divided in 3 groups. The first group was control which was not given any treatment. The second group was administred IV lidocaine before intubation and to the third group IV -LT lidocaine were applied simultaneousiy. ICP, MAP and HR were recorded periodicaliy. The results were discussed and compared.
