Türk Toplumunda Serum Parametrelerine Ait Biyokimyasal Referans Değerlerin Tesbiti

Abstract

Bu çalismada, sayilari Tablo 1 de verilen saglikh kisilerden serum numuneleri alınarak analiz edilmiş ve hemoglobin, total lipit, total protein, kreatinin, glukoz, tre, lirik asit, albumin, globulin, kojJesterol, kalsiyum ve fosfat seviyeleri ile serum GOT, GPT, ALP ve Asit Fosfataz aktiviteleri tayin edilmiştir. Her bir serum parametresi için istatistiksel analiz yapilarak toplumumuz icin ortalama değerler ve referans degerler bölgesi belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, elde edilen sonuçlar başka toplumlari esas alarak tesbit edilmis olan ortalama değerler ve referans değerler bölgeleri ile mukayese edilmiştir.

The In Establishement of Biochemical Reference Values of Serum Parameters in Turkish Community

Abstract

this study, the sera obtained from people with good health (the numbers are given in Table 1) were analysed and haemoglobin and serum concentrations of total lipids, total protein, creatinine, glucose, urea, uric acid, albumin, globulin, cholesterol, calcium and phosphate and GOT, GPT, ALP and Acid Phosphatase activities were determined. Performing statistical analses, the mean values and reference ranges for each parameter were established. In addition, the results obtained wercompared to those established for some other populations.
