Abstract

Kolon ve rektumun polipoid lezyonlan Sik karsllasllan, bir klsrm degi§ik oranlarda malignite riskine sahip lezyonlardlr. Erken tamnma,la.rl ve tip tayini tedavide önem taslr. AX). 'TIP Fakültosi Patoloji Anabilim Dali'nda incelenen 98 kolo-rektal polipoid lezyon gözden geçirilmistir. Bunlarln % 33'ü hiperplastik polip, % 27.8'i juvenil polip, % 206's1 tubuler adenom, % 11.3'ü iltihabi polip, % 8.3'ü tubulo-villÖz ve villöz adenomdur. Kolo-rektal poliplerin tarnsmda en önemli Kolo-rektal poliplerin morfolojik özelliklerine göre aynrm ve karsllaSllabilecek güçlükler, literatür bilgileri 191žmda tart1911rmst1r.

Polipoid lesions of Colon and Rectum

Abstract

Polypoid lesions of colon and rectum are seen frequently. Because of the higher risk of malignancy seen in some of them, early diagnosis and identification is of importance.
98 colo-rectal polipoid lesions found in the files of AUMF Pathology Departmant, were reviewed and evaluated. Of them 33 % were hyperplastic polyps, 27.8 % juvenil polyps, 20.6 % tubuler adenomas, 11.3 % inflamatory polyps and 8.3 % tubulo-villous or villous adenomas.
Differantial diagnosis of colo-rectal polyps and problems that might be met were discussed under the light of literature.
