Gastrointestinal Kanalın Üst Kısmında Yerleşim Gösteren Lezyonların Tanısında İmpirint Sitolojisinin Değeri

Abstract

Özofagus, mide ve duodenumda yerleşim gösteren lezyona sahip 151 vakada imprint sitolojisi ve biopsi bulguları araştırılmıştır. Lezyon, 99 vakada midede, 29 vakada özofagusta ve 23 vakada duodenumdadır 78 vaka Class Ti, 7 vaka class III, 3 vaka class IV, 63 vaka class V olarak değerIendirilmiştir, Sadece sitolojik doğruluk oranı
8 % 98, sadece histopatolojik dogruluk oram % 97.3 olup, imprint ve biopsinin birlikte incelenmesi ile % 100'e ulasrnaktadlr

The Value of Imprint Cytology in the Diagnosis of Lesions Located in the Upper Gastrointestinal Tract

Abstract

Imprint cytology and biopsy findings were investigated in 151 cases with lesions located in the esophagus, stomach and duodenum. The lesion is located in the stomach in 99 cases, esophagus in 29 cases and duodenum in 23 cases. 78 cases are Class Ti, 7 cases are class III, 3 cases are class IV, 63 cases are class V, Only the cytological accuracy rate is 8 98%, only histopathological accuracy rate is 97.3%, and when imprint and biopsy are examined together, it reaches 100%
