Abstract

The wide scalp defects resulting from accidents or surgical exci- sions present asa great problem. The reconstruction of the scalp defects resulting from various re- âSons during one year period in our clinic has been presented in this paper. The use and benefits of the Orticochea's three or four scalp flaps have been emphasized and under the light of the literature do- nations have been dişcussed.

Abstract

Kaza veya cerrahi eksizyon sonucu ortaya çıkan geniş saçlı deri defektleri başlı başına bir sorundur. Kliniğimizde bir sene içerisinde çeşitli nedenlerle oluşmuş saçlı deri defektlerinin onarımı bu makalede sergilenmiştir, Özellikle geniş defektlerin kapatılmasında Orticochea'nin üçlü ve dörtlü skalp flep- lerinin faydaları üzerinde durulmuş, literatür verileri ışığı altında ge- rekli tartışma yapılmıştır.
