Abstract

In this study, 15 stylalgia cases were found among the patients with craniofacial pain that applied at Ankara University Hospital, de partment of ENT during past three years.The clinical presentation, pathogenesis, diagnostic methods, dif ferencial diagnostics and treatment principles are discussed with the review of the líPeratüre.
Stylalgie should be remembered while differentiating head and neck pain syndrome and precise diagnosis and treatment should be administered. In this study group, bilateral tonsillectomy and stiloid proçes resection on the effected side were performed on all patients with stylalgia.

Stilalji'de Tanı Ve Tedavi

Abstract

Bu klinik çahsmada, son üç Yll içinde A.Ü. TIP Fakültesi KBB Ana Bilim Dalma basvuran kranio-fasial agrill hastalarm araslnda saptanan 15 stilalji olgusu, klinik özellikleri, patojenisi, tam yöntemleri, aylrlC1 tam ve tedavi prensipleri yönünden literatür ile karsllastmlarak sunulmustur. Stilaljinin, bas-bogun bölgesindeki dežisik agn sendromIan arasmida hatlrlanmasmm, doäru tanl ve stiloid Glkmtmm Glkanl masl seklindeki tedavi yönteminin önemi üzerinde durulmustur.
