Bilateral Femoral Arteriyel Embolektomi Sonucu Tesbit Edilen Kardiyak Ekinokokkosis

Abstract

Bu yazıda bir vakamız münasebeti ile kardiyak ekinokokkosis klinik, laboratuvar bulguları ve cerrahi tedavisi yönleri ile tartışılmış ve konu ile ilgili literatür bilgileri sunulmuştur. Vak'amız bilateral femoral arteriyel emboli tanısı ile ameliyata alınmış ve çıkarılan materyalin kist hidatik germinatif membranı olarak rapor edilmesiyle ileri tetkikler yapılmıştır. Sol ventrikül duvarında kaviter lezyon tesbit edilerek açık kalp ameliyatına alınan hastada sol ventrikül duvarında lokalize, ventrikül içine rüptüre olmuş kist hidatik saptanarak kistektomi ve kapitonaj yapılmıştır.

Cardiac Echinococcosis Detected as a Result of Bilateral Femoral Arterial Embolectomy

Abstract

In this article, a rare case of cardiac echinococcosis with the dişcussion of clinical manifestations, laboratory findings and surgical therapy, and literature review has been presented. This patient has been subjected to surgical intervention with the diagnosis of bilateral femoral arterial embolism. The pathological examination of the ihromboembolic material revealed germinative membrane of hydatid cyst. After the determination of a cavitary lesion in the left ventricular wall by mean of cardiac catheterization and cineangiocardiography, echinococcal cyst, snowing rupture in to the left ventricular cavity, has been resected and capitoned using cardiopulmonary by pass.
