Abstract

In this paper, wehave presented the result of “peritolieo-venous shunting for refractory hepalic ascites in tWO patients with hepatic cirrhosis. Peritoneo-venous shunt of LeVeen can be performed under local anesthesia. DİC and hepatic coagulopaty İs major complication. after operation (45 29-100 of patients) (7). Our patients died in hepa tic coma and coagulopaty after shunting in 15-20 days. Ki In addition, We rewied the literature in this paper.

İki Vaka Nedeni İle Leveen Şantı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada A.Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Gastroenteroloji kliniğinde yatarak tetkik edilen iki karaciğer sirozu vakasında tedaviye cevap vermeyen asit nedeni ile uygulanan peritoneo-venöz (LeVeen) şantı sonuçları sunulmuştur. Bu şantın uygulanmasından sonra erkek olan hastada operasyondan bir kaç gün sonra, kadın hastada ise hastaneden çıktıktan 20 gün sonra DİC ve karaciğer yetmezliğine bağlı koagulopati teşekkül etmiştir. Her iki hastada karaciğer komasına, bağlı olarak vefat etti. Bu çalışmada LeVeen şantına ait literatür gözden geçirildi
