Abstract
A case of pseudolymphoma of the stomach is presented and the literature on this subject is reviewed, particularly emphasising the differential diagnosis. It should be every surgeons responsibility to be familiar with this situation and not to subject his patients to a course of inadvertent radiotherapy or chemotherapy

Abstract
Bir mide psödolenfomasl olgusu münasebetiyle bu konudaki literatür gözden geçirilmis ve özellikle aylrlcl tam üzerinde durulmustur. Hastalarml gereksiz bir radyoterapi ve kemoterapinin riskine sokmamak için her cerrahm bu konuda yeterince bilgili olmasl zorunludur.
