Abstract

11 polyposis colo-rectalis'li hastada klinik bulgular ve tedavi sonuçları sunuldu. 3 hastada geldiklerinde kanser vardı. 6 hastada (6 54,5) total kolektomi -- ileo-ptoktostomi yapıldı. Erken post-operatif mortalite 96 18, uzak sonuçlar 96 82 şifa, © 9 salâh ve W 9 vefat biçiminde olmuştur.

Abstract

3 de ces malades avaient 6&t€ porteur du ca. des leurş arrive&s. On a pratigu& 6 (54,5 96) colectomie totale -- ilğo-proctostomie. Nous avons cu 18 7 döcâs post-operatoire. Les rösultats &loign&s sont 82 gudrison, 9 9 amdliora tion et 9 & döces.
