İntrauterin Araçların Endometrium Üzerine Etkilerinin Ultrasütrjktürel Analizi

Abstract

İntrauterin araçların endometriumda meydana getirdikleri ince yapı değişikEkleri ve etki tarzlarını araştırmak için 23 kadından siklusun 7-12-14-18-20-22. günlerinde alınan endometrjum örneklerini ultrasiitriiktürel olarak inceledik. Kontrol gurubunda alınan örneklerde gözlenen bulgular literatürdeki bulgu ve kriterlere uymaktadır. Araç tatbik edilmiş endometrium gözlemlerinde 2-14 gün arasında değişen ilerleme veya gerileme şeklinde endometrial asenkronizm saptanmıştır, Ovarial sildus ve endometrial siklus arasında meydana gelen bu asenkronizm nede ni ile döllenmiş ovum endometriuma geldiği zaman nidasyon için uygun ortamı bulamıyacağı açıktır,

Ultrastructural Studies of endometrial changes with intrauterin devices

Abstract

Our findings at controlx grup are appropriate to findings and criters of litcrature. We determined progression and regression between 2=14 days on endometrium wearing intrauterin devices. This endometrial asencronism prevents nidation. Our findings and been supported by reports of many authors and thisefindings explain contraceptive mechanism of intrauterin devices.
