Abstract

Post-travmatik spondylolystesis, Spondylosis veya lumbar skoliosis'li 6 yaşlı hastada, spinal kanal resessusların cerrahi dekompresyonundan sonra radiküler ısının geçmesi ve fonksiyonların tekrar kazanılması mümkün olur. Ameliyat, laminektomi veya hemilaminektomi, başka bir deyimle Medial Fasetektomi veya Fasetektomi suretiyle, lateral resessus ve foramina kemik tavanının kaldırılması şeklinde uygulanır. Hastalar ameliyatı çok iyi tolerç eder ve ameliyatın 2.-3. günü ayağa kalkabilir ve şifa sağlanır. Bu çalışmada, proçesin patalojik anatomisi ve ameliyat kriterleri ele alınmıştır.

Üst Faset Sendromu (Stenotik Lateral Recessus Sendromu)

Abstract

Effective relief of radicular pain and recovery of function is reported in six elderly patients with post-traumatic spondylolysthesis, spondylosis or lumbar Scoliosis following surgical decompression of the lateral recesses of the spinal canal. The operation includes laminectomy or hemilaminectomy with unroofing of the lateral recesses and foramina by medial facetcctomy, or facetectomy. The patients tolareted surgery without morbidty, were wolking within 2 or 3 dys and recovered without incident. The patological anatomy and operative criteria are discussed.
