Physiology of Renovascular Hypertension and Indications for Surgical Treatment

Abstract

Cerrahi olarak tedavi ettiğimiz 5 vak'ayı takdim ettik. Dört vak'anın operasyondan sonra tansiyon arteryeli normalleşmiş. hiçbir şikâyeti kalmamıştır.
Tecrübeler yaşantının ve yüksek arteryel tansiyonunun cerrahi tedavi ile başarıll şekilde normalleştiğini göstermiştir. Hastanın yaşı böbrek arteri stenozunun etiolojisi ve yüksek tansiyonun yaptığı sekonder zararlar, böbrek fonksiyonları veya renin angiotensin sistem değişikliklerine nazaran operasyona karar vermede daha önemlidir.

Renovasküler Hipertansiyonun Fizyolojisi ve Cerrahi Tedavi Endikasyonları

Abstract

We presented 5 cases that we treated surgically. After the operation, arterial blood pressure of 4 cases normalized. They had no complaints. Experience has shown that life and high arterial blood pressure are successfully normalized with surgical treatment. The patient's age, etiology of renal artery stenosis and secondary damages caused by high blood pressure, kidney functions or renin angiotensin system changes are more important in deciding on surgery.
